Pack for return

Pack the items you want to return and make sure that old barcodes are not visible on the box by, for example, removing the shipping label from the box or crossing it out with a (black) marker. Items can only be returned in unused condition. Did you mount the top on the base? Then you can unfortunately no longer return the item.

Submit return

Take the package to a drop-off point. The costs for returning items are borne by the buyer. Of course, you can always bring it by yourself.

Refund return

After we have received your return, we aim to process it within 14 days. As soon as your return has been unpacked and processed, you will receive an email from us. Please keep the return receipt in a safe place until the return has been fully processed and you have received your refund. When the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded.

At Ergonice you always have the option to return the order. This can be done within 60 days after receiving the package. Please make sure that you return the items unused, undamaged and with the attached labels. Please keep the return receipt in a safe place until we have fully processed the return.

Yes, the costs for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer.

After we have received your return, we aim to process it within 14 days. As soon as your return has been unpacked and processed, you will receive an email from us. When the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as follows:

  • iDeal/Bancontact/Sofort: The amount will be back in your account within 5 working days.
  • MasterCard/Visa: The amount will be reflected on your credit card statement within 14 working days.
  • PayPal: The amount will be back in your PayPal account within 30 days.

Have you placed multiple orders? Then it is also possible to return these together in one package. We would then like to ask you to distinguish between the items, so that we know which items belong to which return (for example, 1 small box per order). You can then put both of these in a larger box so that you have one package. It is important to register both orders separately.

Have you received a broken or incorrect item?

Then you can report this immediately via info@ergonice.eu . Please include your order number, item number and send a photo of the broken item.

Is an item broken or are you dissatisfied with a product and is it outside the return period?
